At FLYT Rings we stand behind what we make. This page covers returns and our 100% guarantee.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn and unused, in its original packaging, and you will need your order number or receipt.
To start a return, email info@flytrings.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@flytrings.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom engraved bands are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Sale items and gift cards are not returnable. If you have a question about a specific item, get in touch.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the size or ring you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
100% Guarantee
Every full-priced FLYT ring is covered by our 100% guarantee, including custom engraved bands. If your ring tears, breaks, or the text wears off under normal wear, email info@flytrings.com with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement in the same size, one replacement per ring. Rings bought at a discount or as part of a bundle are handled case by case; reach out and we will do right by you.
The guarantee does not cover loss, misuse, unauthorized modification, or intentional damage, and it is limited to the original purchaser. A valid order number is required for all guarantee claims.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unworn and unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
