Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 
Process: To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service team at info@flytrings.com with your order number and reason for return. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided. 
Refund: Upon receipt and inspection (within 5-7 business days), a full refund will be issued to the original payment method, including original shipping costs, within 7-10 business days.

Lifetime Warranty Against Defects

Coverage: All products from flytrings.com are covered for the lifetime of the item against manufacturing defects under normal use.
Eligibility: If a defect is identified, you may return the item for a replacement or refund at any time.

Resolution: After inspection (within 5-7 business days), a replacement or refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, with flytrings.com covering all shipping costs.
