Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Processing times may vary during peak seasons, sales, or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 7–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, location, and weather conditions.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship anywhere within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and other carriers depending on your selected shipping option.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages
FLYT Rings is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier once they leave our facility. However, if your order hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@flytrings.com and we’ll help investigate the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@flytrings.com we’ll do our best to correct it before your order ships.
